What we collect
We collect the email address and first name you give us, your account login credentials (stored hashed by our authentication provider), your purchase history and access level, the email you submit to download the free cheat sheet or join the Draft Assistant waitlist, and any drafts you save in the Draft Assistant. We also receive standard technical information such as IP address and browser type when you use the site.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your full card number, expiry, or security code. Payment details are collected directly by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted payment form.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account, unlock and deliver the content you paid for, process payments and handle refunds or disputes, send transactional messages about your purchase and access, respond to support requests, and — if you opted in — send occasional strategy updates. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site: our hosting and database/authentication provider, Stripe for payment processing, and our email delivery provider. Each processes your data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Account and purchase records are retained while your account exists and for as long as required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Marketing email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email; transactional emails about purchases and account security will still be sent. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and personal data by emailing us. Deleting your account ends access to purchased content, and purchases are non-refundable.
Cookies
We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your session. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
Children
The site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
