1. Who we are
FantasyFootballGuide.app ("we", "us") publishes independent fantasy football strategy research and tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, the NFL, or any other fantasy sports operator or league. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You need an account to access paid content. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are for one person — do not share your login. We may suspend or close accounts used to redistribute paid content or to abuse the service.
3. What you're buying
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use the purchased content for your own fantasy football drafting. A Complete Guide purchase includes access through the end of the 2026 season (access ends March 1, 2027), including updates published during that period. The AI Draft Assistant is a separate product and is not included unless purchased or upgraded to.
4. What you may not do
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, post publicly, or otherwise redistribute the guide, the cheat sheets, the pairing board, the stack blueprints, or any other paid content, in whole or in part. You may not scrape the site, share download links, or use the content to build a competing product or service. Download links are personal, expire quickly, and are logged.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in US dollars and applicable tax is calculated at checkout. You authorize the charge shown at checkout when you complete payment.
6. All sales are final
Because paid content is delivered instantly as digital information and a downloadable PDF, purchases are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for the full details, including how we handle duplicate charges and access problems.
7. No guarantee of results
Fantasy football outcomes depend on injuries, usage, coaching decisions and luck. Our research, rankings, pairings and recommendations are opinions and analysis, not predictions or financial advice. You are solely responsible for your own draft decisions and any entry fees you pay to a third-party operator. Follow all applicable laws and the rules of any contest you enter.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features, and we may adjust prices for future purchases. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If content you paid for becomes permanently unavailable during your access period, contact us.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost contest entry fees or lost winnings.
