Refund Policy

Everything sold on FantasyFootballGuide.app is digital strategy content that is delivered instantly. The moment your payment completes, your account unlocks the Complete Best Ball Drafting Guide, the master draft-room cheat sheets, the QB pairing board and the stack blueprints, and the guide PDF becomes downloadable. Because the information cannot be returned once it has been read, all purchases are non-refundable and we do not offer partial refunds, credits, or cancellations after purchase.

We publish a free QB Pairing Cheat Sheet so you can see the format, the logic and the quality of the analysis before paying anything. Please review it, and the product descriptions on this site, before completing a purchase.
Problems accessing what you paid for
A no-refund policy is not a no-support policy. If your access does not unlock, a download fails, or you were charged more than once, contact us with your order reference and we will fix it — including unlocking your access manually or reversing a genuine duplicate charge.
Duplicate and unauthorized charges
Duplicate charges for the same product on the same account are refunded once verified. If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate quickly.
Chargebacks
Because delivery is immediate and access is logged against your account, a chargeback filed on a delivered purchase will be disputed with that delivery evidence. Access to paid content is suspended while a dispute is open and permanently revoked if the dispute is resolved against us.
Access period
A Complete Guide purchase includes access through the end of the 2026 season (access ends March 1, 2027), including in-season updates published during that period. Future seasons are sold separately.
